Chicken Breasts Made Simple With These 7 Tricks

Chicken breasts are some of the simplest things that can be cooked in a very short time. In fact those individuals who have a busy schedule find it quite convenient to cook chicken breasts. So below we have mentioned 7 simple steps, with the help of which you will be able to get the most out of your chicken breasts.
Just put some skinless chicken breasts on the top of a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper, and after that, you can spray some topping (from the things mentioned below) with oil on the chicken.

You need to bake it for 20 minutes at 210 degrees F.
2. Spice Rub
Collect different herbs & spices, and grind them together with a grinder or a coffee grinder for that matter. Here are our favorite combinations:
– Coriander seeds, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika & cinnamon
– Cumin, chilli powder, paprika, oregano along with a pinch of cayenne pepper
Use this mixture generously on the chicken breasts and then refrigerate the entire breast for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 12 hours. You can grill or saute after that for next 20 minutes on medium to high heat. Prior to serving, set aside for 5 minutes.
3. Make ‘em Flat
Use plastic wrap and place the chicken breasts between the sheets, and then with the help of a saucepan or a rolling pin, beat them till they are about a centimeter in thickness. After which you can try the following combinations:
– Dill & Dijon mustard, Baby spinach leaves
– Cherry tomatoes halved with rosemary and chopped fresh rocket leaves
After the filling, just roll the chicken breasts in a casserole that has been lined with oil, and bake them at 210 degrees F, for 25 minutes. Arrange toothpicks on their side.
4. Make a Stir-Fry
On a non-stick frying pan spray a little oil and cut the chicken breasts in strips. Then add some crushed garlic, chopped shallots and grated ginger with high heat. Now put two tablespoons of oyster sauce and two tablespoons of soy sauce in the strips. Stir for 2 minutes and then put in broccoli florets, sliced carrots, or bok choy and stir fry continuously until cooking is completed.
5. Pre-Made Sauce
Cut the breasts into 3cm cubes and put them in a frying pan with oil, and then add your preferred tomato based pasta sauce. Cook until brown and serve.
Make thin strips of your chicken breast and lace it with the sauce of your choice. Try shiitake mushrooms, snow peas, & crushed lemongrass for a taste that is remarkably Asian. Get rid of the lemongrass before you serve, and serve it with some fresh coriander.
Take a chicken breast and cut it into 3cm cubes. Now slide them onto metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers, and arrange between your favorite veggies, like green capsicum, onion wedges, or quartered yellow squash. Marinade the chicken with one tablespoon olive oil and one tablespoon sumac. Pan fry or grill for 15 to 20 minutes, and serve when brown, adding coriander or parsley.
Some Usual Tips:
– Poking with a fork is not recommended. Instead, use tongs.
– Salt the dish right after cooking.
– Leave the dish for 5 minutes at room temperature prior to serving.
